Red Cabbage


The Red Cabbage is really low in Saturated Fat and Cholesterol. It is also a good root of Riboflavin, Thiamin, Calcium, Folate, Magnesium and Iron, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber, Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Vitamin B6, Vitamin K, Manganese and Potassium.
