One cup of blackberries has just about 75 calories. Believe me, one cup is a lot of blackberries so they are a good way to help kill a snack starving .
Blackberry Charmer

(These are good after a workout.)

1 cup frozen blackberries
3 ice cubes
1 scoop of whey protein powder
1 banana
1 cup cold water

Put everything in a blender and beat until smooth. You can contribute just about anything you want so don't be afraid to experimentation.
