Strawberry



One cup of strawberries takes just about 46 calories so feel unpaid to eat all you want. They are great for diabetics too because that same cup of strawberries has only 11 grams of crabs .

Strawberry Banana Power Shake

1 cup skim or 1% milk
3 Tbsp wheat germ
1 cup strawberries
1 little ripe banana
4 ice cubes

Put everything in a liquidiser and turn it on full blast. You might need to bit the sides a bit or stir it up if the mixtures stops moving. These shakes are delicious.
