Eggs
Eggs get a bad rap but they are packed with protein which your body has to work hard to concentrate and which also jumpstarts your metamorphosis. The B12 in eggs is also said to aid in the devastation of fat cells. The private with eggs, however, is relief. A few a week are fine, just don't go crazy with them .
